I've done a number of cleanses (by mouth) and this one worked the best. It really flushes out black rubbery gunk, if you choose to fast and do the cleanse. I tried to do it a third time (with ample time between cleanses), but I could not get myself to drink the drinks for the 5 days. Although the cleanse works really well, the drinks are the texture of fine sand and the taste is not the best. I mix the peppermint with organic apple juice and chug it.

I LOVE Blessed Herbs! I usually do a cleanse twice a year (winter and late spring). I started out with Dr. Shultz years ago and then switched to Dragon Herbs which had soothing teas and bath herbs. I really liked both products but Blessed Herbs was by far the best...absolute BEST results, so very easy on the body, pleasant tasting, and very convenient. If you go to their website you'll see some rather graphic but very impressive client photo/testimonies...lots and lots of happy customers. Again, this is a most superior product!
